Application

If you want to participate in "Robotiáda challenge" on Friday January 23st, 2026 in Brno, please fill in this application form.

Team

Team name * Please use only common letters and/or numbers in latin alphabet.
School / organization * Please type your school or organization you are representing.
Choose your category * If a large number of teams from different schools apply (more than 20 different schools), the rule will be that only two teams from each school will be accepted in each category (Primary/Secondary) in order of application. A third team from the same school will be listed as an alternate team based on the date of entry and will be automatically entered into the competition if capacity is not met, no later than the close of entries. Should more than one team from a school wish to enter, it is recommended to organise a preliminary round within the school and delegate the top two teams to their own competition.

Which disciplines do you want to attend? * Line follower, Bear rescue and Freestyle run in parallel! Each team must select at least one of these disciplines. This year, Sumo and Freestyle Saturday are newly included - the classic Freestyle takes place on the competition day (Friday), this year we are also offering the possibility to stay on Saturday, when a big robotics event for the general public takes place at VIDA! - there you will be able to present your creation to the visitors and compete for the "visitors award".

Will someone come with you as a visitor? This is someone, who is not part of the team (second teacher / classmates/friends/parents...). The visitors will be included in the list with reduced admission to VIDA! Science center. We will contact you with more information.

Accommodation and food

Do you need accommodation? We are able to provide free accomodation in sleeping bags in the gym. If you want our help with paid hostel/hotel accomodation, let us know (robotiada@helceletka.cz) and we will do our best to help you.
Do you want baguettes?
Any dietary restrictions? Lunch will be provided for all team members + 1 teacher.
